Adodesign Nexus Privacy Policy
Effective April 29, 2026. This policy explains how Adodesign Nexus handles personal information, workspace data, customer/contact records, and SMS consent data.
This policy applies to Adodesign Nexus users, workspace businesses, and customer/contact records managed inside those workspaces. When a workspace business sends transactional SMS through Nexus, the customer or contact receiving the message is the SMS subscriber.
